Cure for Canker Sores
Simple cure to get rid of your canker sores. Easy home remedies to relieve you of pain and quickly heal the sore in your mouth. This is my personal story of how a simple home remedy was found to help cure my canker sores in one day using something that can be found in your local grocery store.
I always dreaded each time I discovered a canker sore coming on. It would take a couple of days to develop and 8 times out of 10 it would go away without causing me a lot of pain.
However the times when the sore would not heal up and started to increase in pain was when life could get miserable. They usually developed on the side of my tongue and would become so painful that it was hard to eat. It would also be at its worse for a least three days.
One time I finally healed up from one and another one developed the next day, which was just as painful as the first. I was hurting for two weeks.
My brother is a research scientist in the medical field. I knew he got these mouth sores too and decided to ask what he did about
This how to do it. Fill up a water bottle with water and add some lemon juice. I use a jar that holds about one and half quarts. I probably add about ¼ of a cup of lemon juice but I don't measure it out. I just pour some in until the water is cloudy. Drink this solution through out the day. Usually you should drink at lease two bottles of this solution. By the next day your sore will be gone or mostly healed up. Don't be worried if you don't notice any healing during the day that you are drinking this.
I don't like to drink water in tiny sips through out the day so I drink my first bottle of water a little warm in the morning soon after I get up. This cleans out my system and usually produces a bowel movement each morning so that I can go about my schedule and not have to worry about it later. In the afternoon I drink another bottle. This keeps me hydrated and healthy.
